ggonzalez1Hi, I’m Greg Gonzalez the owner and head trainer at G2Fitness. I have always had a passion for fitness and feeling the best that I can. That attitude carries over to assisting others, as well. It is an amazing feeling to see people accomplish things that they never dreamed of and gain prior unknown self-confidence.

I have certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, that provide me with ongoing continuing education and classes, that allow me to offer up-to-date information in my field. Whether it’s working with clients looking to tone up and lose weight, seniors, athletes, or correcting muscle imbalances, I can assist everybody.

What you can expect from me:

You can expect experienced guidance, totally devoted to you. When we meet for the initial assessment, we will sit down and determine exactly what you are looking for from your training experience. Whether you’ve got well defined fitness goals, or just ready to take positive steps toward a healthier, action-oriented lifestyle, we will work together to effect real change in your life right away.

As your personal trainer, my job entails much more than simply applying a great workout. I will work with you to constantly evaluate your progress and ongoing fitness needs. Guidance on nutrition and healthy eating habits is offered, so you can maximize the results of our training sessions. I will take the guesswork and monotony out of your fitness regimen, and strive to keep our sessions fresh and energizing. Demonstrating the proper form for executing weightlifting and other exercises is vital. Most of all, I will be a positive, reliable partner on your path to being a happier, healthier person.
